So i came in the first time just because of the smell, and have now become one of the many regulars...
Pizza by the slice (more like by the rectangle ^^) , but pizza to die for !
If on the first Friday of the month he refuses to sell you the last white truffle pizza slice, it's because it's MINE !!!
;)
Also he has an Italian wine (the one with the black tag : Nero...) That you can only get by the bottle.. if you are more than two go for it ^^ -

My family and I just ate here about an hour ago. It was the best pizza we've ever had. With four of us we were able to sample 4 different slices. The potato and cured ham, eggplant and cheese, spicy salami and the fourth a salty cheese and arugula. After heating the slices I heard some scissor cutting and wondering what was going on. The man behind the counter which we believe is the owner cut the slices into fours so we could all enjoy. As we all took our first bite our eyes lit up. The crust! OMG AMAZING! The simple flavours, everything was so fresh! Just so good. I could eat another slice right now. The kids wished something like this was close to our house, I wish too. Only reason it's 4 stars is because it was expensive CAD to EUR but totally worth it.

Good pizza by the slice with fresh ingredients but a bit pricey for what you get. The tomato and fresh mozz was just okay but the onion and the capricola were excellent.
